WHAT TO EXPECT AND HOW TO PREPARE

The first step for all clients is to email us your available dates and the package you wish to go for. Once we have received your email we will then set up a 'Pre-event Session/Introductory Meeting' where we will find out the specifics of what you need, locations, timings, so we can tailor our shoot to match your needs. During this time, you will also have the opportunity to share your ideas for the big day in regards to your style etc. The meeting will then move swiftly to covering the contract, the deposit and anything else you wish to discuss.

DURING THE WEDDING DAY

We will arrive approximate 1-2 hours before bridal preparation in order to familiarise ourselves with all the locations and be ready for the shoot. Also, importantly, during the shoot we will be showing you results of what we're doing so you can see our progress. However, depending on your package, the duration of the shoot will vary as will the number of images.

 

For most of your special day we will be in the background photographing and sometimes you may not even notice we are there. We do however give you some direction for family photos and couple portraits. We like to let your day and story unfold naturally, without interference from your photographers.

AFTER THE WEDDING DAY

After the wedding day, we will go through all images and upload them into your password protected 'online gallery' so you can view your wedding session at home in your own time. Also, you can send the link of your wedding session to your friends and family. Depending on your package this is usually ready within 2 weeks from the wedding day.

 

In addition, we are fully insured for all liabilities and members of the Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers.
